Blue Enamel Sterling Silver Engraved Glass Flask 1927
A truly unique Art Deco flask, covered with all the latest manufacturing details the designer could possibly manage in 1927.
The lid made of sterling silver, hallmarked to the interior, is made of a bayonet fitting incredibly useful to avoid spillages. The top of the lid is covered in the traditional engine turned design with blue enamel overlay.
The flask itself comprises of a sterling silver cup, with gilding inside, slots on to the base of the glass as illustrated in the images. The glass is ribbed with a cut glass effect and covered in a delightful engraving of swags, bows & baskets of flowers.
Condition:
Very good condition with slight rubbing on maker of the hallmark.
